We’re located in a remodeled Quonset hut at 730 N. Poinsettia St., Santa Ana, CA 92701, in the historic French Park neighborhood.
We’re open for lunch Thursday through Sunday from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Dinner service is currently not available.

Le Hut Dinette is the latest concept from Brenda and Daniel Castillo, the team behind Heritage Barbecue. Executive Chef Ryan Garlitos leads the kitchen, drawing on his experience from Taco María, Irenia, and Mario’s Butcher Shop.
